Once a customer chooses your bid their payment goes into secure escrow. When the car is delivered, the customer will login to their dashboard and release the payment to you.

On each completed shipment carriers are assessed an 8% percent fee of the total shipment. This is an industry low rate that allows our carriers to continue operating successfully.

If you need to cancel, login to your dashboard, select the shipment and then choose cancel. Please keep in mind that if you are cancelling outside of the 24 hour window you will be charged a cancellation fee. This helps to keep our system working in the most efficient way possible.

If all else fails, you can contact us and we may attempt to assist in resolving the dispute but keep in mind we are a platform that connects customers and carriers so we do not have the ability to process disputes between you and the customer.

Its easy to post a shipment – just create your account, complete all information and then click post a shipment. Complete the required information about your shipment, click post and then you will start receiving bids!
